How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Transit time due to unfavorable transit may be from 21 to 35 days.

How do I create an account?

How do I change my shipping address?

You go to My Account >> Addresses to edit the details.

How do I track the status of my order?

You go to My Account >> Orders to check your orders

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We do not store your visa card number on file.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are sellers from Vietnam and will not charge sales tax.

Do you ship to my country?

We sell globally and our partners are everywhere.

Will my items come in one package?

If the same item is 1 package.

What is your returns policy?

We accept refunds for the following cases:
The goods are broken, sent wrong items.
Also we do not accept refunds for other reasons
Please Note: we will refund the customer after we receive the item and we check with the reason of refund if it is requested to pay immediately in the Paypal system and any Costs we are responsible for. If the item is not defective and not wrong, we will send it back to you and the costs incurred you are solely responsible.

I received the wrong item
